Pathways of Practice

As a collective, we have in this exhibition explored material processes, craft histories, and personal narratives through ceramics, textiles, wood, stone, and mixed media. Through the lens of social anthropologist Tim Ingold’s book Lines: A Brief History, the exhibition brings together weaving, walking, observing, singing, storytelling, drawing, and writing as different ways of following lines—whether threads through space or traces across a surface.

The works create material conversations in which diverse methods and forms of expression intersect, bringing together associations, experiences, and craft traditions.
